Hi Team,

I have an issue with refund of three orders. Amazon is claiming they have issued the refund but refund got stuck they told they escalate issue to payment team on **th Aug. Today's is **th Aug, still no update. Every I call them they are telling please wait for * to * business days. Now approximately ** to ** days over still I have not received refund and no update on their investigation also. Please help me here.
