I ordered from zara application on **th Dec ** and order costs **** rupees . I received order on **th Dec ** . I make a return on same day because I mistakenly placed the blue half jacket . So I raised a return on same day and it was picked up on ** Dec ** . It reached to zara's warehouse on ** Dec ** . I got a mail that your refund is initiated and it will reflect into your bank into ** days (on ** Jan ****) I waited till then . Even I reached to zara care on x platform they mentioned that you will receive your refund within ** days after payment initiated. But on ** Jan ** I texted them early morning which they replied on ** Jan ** and saying that “ thanks for reaching is again we are working on your refund "
Even on **th Jan i called zara customer support they were saying that check your bank account and come back again . Told that you will get payment details within **hrs -**hrs but still on **th eve i haven't received anything from zara support.
It's really ruined me . It feels like that I got scammed from a MNC so called Zara .
They are reacting or working like scammers in India !
When I asked/requested them that please provide me payment/ transaction details reference number they are not able to provide me that !
