I had booked the bus ticket (GSRTC) for sleeper coach from Nasik to Baroda for the journey date **/*/**. The details are as below.
PNR No: G******** & G******** respectively.
This sleeper coach bus was supposed to depart from Nasik by *.** pm on **/*/**. But on that day instead of sleeper coach the ordinary bus came. The conductor of the bus told that if the ticket is booked online refund will come automatically but in spite of * complaints to GSRTC still, the difference amount is not received. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the difference amount at the earliest. For PNR no G******** I had paid Rs.****/- for * tickets whereas ordinary bus ticket was Rs.***/-.(Difference of Rs.***/- to receive from GSRTC)
