There was packaging default in two of my order of amount Rs ** and Rs **. I complain about it on Swiggy and they got ready to refund the amount by saying that it will be provided to you within * working days. But it has been over * month and still, the amount is not provided. On asking their customer care agents, they didn't take the issue seriously. Just to complete the conversation they somehow ended it by saying that it will be provided to you within *-* days. But it has been over ** days there is no sign of getting the amount refunded.
