My flight got cancelled on ** of Jan **** and refund is not given by yatra. I did many calls to them but every time they are saying that we have initiated the refund you have to contact your bank but no refund is provided. Then they asked me for my bank statement and I gave my bank statement after checking my statement they are asking me to ask my bank for the email saying that no refund is given. If my statement has no refund why there is a need for an email, every time I call yatra they come up with a new thing, they are just wasting my time and not refunding my money nor they are giving any proof that they have refunded. They only gave me a reference number which is of no use. The bank is unable to track anything from that. Yatra is only fooling me
