I have been chasing since June'** for my refund. I booked a OYO Hotel in June'** but the Property holder denied that he cannot accept a Driving License as a Proof & he asked me to bring my Aadhar Card. As I don't have my Aadhar Card so I asked for a Resolution so the property holder asked me to cancel the order. I have cancelled it but till now I didn't get any Refund.
After that I went to Uttarakhand where I booked an OYO but the Property Holder denied that he didn't have any vacant rooms. So, I Called OYO for Same & they asked me to cancel the Order & I have paid almost Rs.*** for that but didn't get the refund for that Order as well.
After that I have called multiple times in OYO for Help but Your Service Desk is not working at all neither they are able to help me out. I am extremely sorry to say but Your staff is completely pathetic. I have called almost *** times in OYO. Two times I got to talk to seniors but they are just devastating the Customer experience & disconnected my call twice without listening to the Query (These two calls got disconnected by the Senior i.e., Vishal & Rohit). Apart from this all the Agents are helpless, they guys are just sitting over there to complete their login hours & get the salary on time but they are not worth it.
It's easy to talk with any of the ministers but your so-called Senior Executive (Rohit) is not able to attend my call from last * Days. I have called almost ** times saying that I want to talk to Rohit. That person & other Senior Executives are screaming behind but they don't want to talk to any of the Customers. They all are sitting there to complete their gossip.
Sir! It's a humble request from my Side that please do help me out. And, Sir I want an action against that so-called Senior Rohit. He is not at all suitable for OYO. He is not a Senior. Sorry to say, but he is just sitting there to waste the time of Customers. And your Reservation Desk is completely pathetic. If you want to make a booking then they will talk to you else they will disconnect your Call or else they will transfer your Call to Service Desk which is just deteriorating the Service Experience.
Note :- I have called almost *** or more than *** times. Along with this I have escalated the same on Social Media (Twitter) Multiple times.
