I booked bus on ** May **** from gurugram to amritsar using make my trip having booking Id : NU*************** and PNR : #*AK*EEQY. However, the bus was cancelled on the same day and it was informed to me by SMS. I called multiple times on customer care for refund and bus operator but no one is actually able to resolve the issue frequently
