I had made a booking for hotel holiday resort puri through makemytrip pay at checkout option, but the hotel has asked me to do advance payment for confirmation of booking for which I had agreed too. But due to some uncertain circumstances of my family I had to cancel the booking that is as per the cancellation policy before ** days prior information. I had cancelled it from makemytrip and had submitted the voucher to hotel, dibbendu Bose from makemytrip told me that the hotel will refund rupees**** from the advance I paid is rupees ****. I kept trying to calling makemytrip and hotel holiday resort general manager shakti prasad das both of them had made fake promises regarding my refund. they give as many excuses and its almost ** days past i didn't got my refund. I want a stringent action against mmt and Hotel Holiday Resort for making fools of customers and making fake promises.
