I booked a flight from Trivandrum to Bangalore using Make My Trip on **/**/****. As the flight itself was cancelled, I opted to cancel my booking rather than to choose another flight. Hence I did the same on **/**/****. Make My Trip keeps sending me links to give bank account details to which the amount is to be credited. However each time I submit the requisite details it shows 'oops! something went wrong'. I tried it using different bank accounts but all gets to the same result! And there is no way to contact them directly. The customer care of MMT is a complete waste.
