I made a reservation on March-**th for a one-way ticket from Bangalore to Chicago for the travel date of April-**th. Within * days. Air India put all their bookings for April on-hold. They were also not answering customer service number for any inquiries. Air India has cancelled the flight due to COVID-** pandemic. I have made alternate travel arrangements as I could wait for Air India to give me new travel date. I am entitled for a full refund since the flight was cancelled by the airline. But Air India is refusing to issue refund.
