For One Of My Air Booking, First Payment Was Failed, Second Payment Was Accepted. However The First Payment Has Not Been Received Back Even After Contacting Them From Over A Month.
*st Time The Payment Was Made Through Google Pay In The Name Of Roshan A.C. (My Collegue), *nd Time It Was Made Using My Own HDFC NetBanking. Both The Payments Were Done On The Same Day But I Got Booking Confirmation Against Only One Of It.
I Made The Second Booking Using Yatra Only Because It Had The Cheapest Option At That Point Of Time, But Experiencing A Terrible Performance. My registered email I'd with Yatra is pooja.singh***@gmail.com
