On Sep **, **** I booked a round trip ticket on Air Asia mobile app. Because of the technical issue of their app I got my ticket wrong. I immediately contacted customer support and they said they will look into the weblogs and provide refund if my issue is valid. They said they will get the weblogs in ** hrs but they took * days to get the weblogs that too after calling them repeatedly everyday. Then they said they will provide full refund. I still did not get my refund. I've been calling them repeatedly and the only answer I get from them is " the issue has been escalated" , " it takes ** hrs to get the refund" , " it takes ** hrs to get the refund". I kept calling them and I'm hearing only these answers.
