I have purchased a tab for my son from byjus. They told me that they map the school book in the tab but when I get tab it was not as per commitment. I'll give it back to byjus person within ** days. As per company policy tab should be returned within ** days, when I pressurized byjus person then they take back after ** days at **/*/**. From that day I make more than ** calls to concern person of the company to refund and cancellation of my tab but they not taking any action and not giving a clear answer.
My invoice no is Invoice BYJUS*******************. name of children is Agrim Gupta. Registered mobile no and email is already given. Please help me to take back my Rs.***** and cancellation of the product.
