They are showing the flight ticket price lower than the actual to catch customers , soon a customer books a ticket,the amount is getting deducted immediately without any booking status, later a mail in your inbox stated booking got cancelled & refund will be done. They keep on assuring from ** hours to 'n' number of days on a revised basis but not initiating the refund.

Same happened with me on a booking from Guwahati to Delhi booked from their site https://www.travolook.in/ on **th July **** on Air Vistara UK -*** flight , for which spent INR ****/- from my IDFC account through Paytm without any status of booking , later received a mail states that it's cancelled and refund to be done.
Written * times to the support and several times I had conversation with their Customer support executives who keep on extending the timing from ** hours to **th day and still continue. I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service, which extracts money in this fashion and refuses or attempts to delay refunding the amount using classical delaying tactics. They harass consumers and siphon a large percentage of the total money off in this way. The trick is to use fake profiles to highlight quick refunds (when that is not the case), alongside making people accept inordinate delays after having set up a customercare system which placates customers with the same empty promises.

Your kind intervention is much needed to stop such unethical ways of duping public money and get my money back.
