I booked a ticket on travolook.in from BOM to BLR on **th March ****, but ticket was cancelled by the vendor citing network issues. Immediately I contacted the customer care and they claimed PNR couldn't be generated and hence they had to cancel the booking. They told me within *-** days your money will be refunded. But its already ** days still my money is not refunded. Whenever I contact customer support they give me a new date and reassure that they have initiated the refund process and the amount will reflect in my account within **-** hours.
I request you to please take necessary action against Travolook.in My ref no – REF*********
