Dear Sir,
I (Naziya Banu) had book the Flight ticket on make my trip on **rd September, Booking Reference - NN*************. When i ask to customer care to cancel the booking, they informed me that refund amount will be **** INR, They also send me confirmation mail(attached) that refund amount will be ****. (So i told them to proceed with the cancellation). But i receive only **** INR as a refund value(attached).
Make my trip had cheated by providing wrong information & insufficient amount.
Please help...
