I ordered some products from club factory * months back and I made a net banking payment. Hiwever when I recived my order one item was missing and one was not available so they said they will initiate a refund which should have been to the original mode of paymnt howver these people have refunded my club factory wallet. They said you can tranfer to your bank or paytm but whn I try doing that it gives me an error that amount exceeds withdrwal limit. On my own money which they should have refunded to my bank they didnt now and they added it to the wallet now it says exceeding limit on myown mone.neither i m able yo use thatbalance for my next purchase nor imable to withdrw it to my paytm or bank. I hve been trying to talk to thr cystomer care there fake number is always busy on chat nobody repkies its been * months
