I had ordered for a watch worth **** Rs with id SON***************** & as it was not as per expected standard as shown in photo. I sent it back by their assigned delhivery express package number, that is tracking number ************** on next day.
I chased up for Refund or the product but they said due to lockdown of COVID-** keep patience. Further, they said ask for refund from their courrier company and the seller. The delhivery express and seller said they I need to chase it up with Club Factory. I kept communication with them over their chat option on their application & they raised multiple complaint ticket #*******. They said it will be resolved in * days by highest authorities which never happened inspite of several request and it took a period of * months. Now the mobile application is closed past month and I have not recieved my money or the product.
I have all the screen shots for the product and evidence of the receipt of return, chat & multiple requests.
I need my money back can you please help.
