Our flight was cancelled and Indigo has processed the refund to Yatra.
Yatra sent us an email stating that an amount of ****/- refund has been initiated and will be processed within ** hrs.
It's been * days and we contacted the card company and no refund has been received as yet.
Yatra is not providing any information at all.
