Hello, this is Ashutosh Agarwal . My wife and Sonam Khandaka traveled from Andaman Port blair to Kolkata to Jaipur. On ** August ****. When we arrived in jaipur and collected our luggage from conveyor belt Number *, We noticed our Samsonite Suite case was badly damaged from handle are, Its very sad to see how carelessly Indigo handled travelers luggage, After collecting the luggage we went straight to Indigo help counter and spoke to Indigo staff Mrs Komal, after she examined our luggage and clicked pictures of our luggage provided us with Indigo mail id and requested us to mail them the issue and ask for a refund, which i did on the same day. the next day, i received a call from Indigo, and after much request, they agreed to give a petty amount of mere **** rs and **** rs voucher valid for * months. Indigo staff asked me to go to their website and fill out the refund request form, which i did along with my blank check and account number, which they asked on the website. The website itself stated that the amount will be refunded within * working days. i mailed them on ** August and today is ** September, Its been more than a month and i had made more then ** calls to them on each call i have been made to wait for ** to ** min and after that they ask me to wait for another ** to ** days but no payment made whatsoever. on * of September i made another attempt by calling and requesting for a payment to which they said they had misplaced or not able to find my fill up form for refund request and mailed me another refund request form, which i filled and mailed back but still i haven't received any refund.
