SWIGGY INSTAMART DELIVERED DAMAGED PRODUCTS, HENCE THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED. THEY PROMISED TO REFUND THE COMPLETE AMOUNT AND MENTIONED THAT IT WILL BE SINGLE COUPON WORTH Rs. **** /- WHICH THEY LATER GAVE AS * DIFFERENT COUPONS - * OF Rs. *** and * of Rs. **. AND I ALREADY HAD ONE COUPON OF Rs. **/- FROM AN EARLIER REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT.
NOW, I AM FORCED TO PLACE * DIFFERENT ORDERS TO USE MY OWN MONEY HENCE THEY FORCED ME TO SPEND MORE ON THEIR PLATFORM. AND AFTER I USED * COUPONS OF Rs. ***/- AND * COUPON OF Rs. **/- THEY HAVE NOT ALLOWED ME TO USE MY PENDING TWO COUPONS WORTH Rs. ***/- AND Rs. **/-
I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP THEM SINCE **TH FEB AND THEY TILL DATE HAVE NOT ALLOWED ME TO USE MY OWN MONEY BACK AND HAVE BEEN HARASSING AND TESTING PATIENCE AS ONCE THEY CLOSE THE CONVERSATION I CANNOT REACH THEM FOR NEW QUERY AND THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY COMPLAINT NUMBER OR REFERENCE TO TRACK MY ISSUE.
I HAVE EVEN TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIME THAT IT IS MY RIGHTFULL MONEY THAT YOU ARE REFUNDING AND NOT ANY COMPENSATION. I EVEN WARNED THEM TO ACT AND NOT FORCE ME TO HEAD TO CONSUMER COURT/FORUM
