There were * transactions for INR **** each on first week of June for seat booking for a flight. The amount was debited from my account with the status as successful, but the booking didn't happen. When contacted, I was told that the refund is processed, but till date it is not.
When I tried communicating with my bank, they needed some info from the merchant end for the transaction. But goibibo refuses to divulge any info on the same and just say that it is processed.
