I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of response and action regarding my refund request for the monitor I ordered from Dell on **/**/****. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Dell customer service department and follow the appropriate procedures for a refund, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution to my issue and they holding my money for more than two weeks.
