Hi there,
Yatra.com guys are showing some amount during booking while choosing cancellation protection and attracting the customers.After we cancel, we know the ground reality.I booked tickets for two people .Technically I should get around Rs.**k refund.
We(Me and Asgar) should ideally get ***** rs as refund amount for two passengers tickests but I only got Rs.**** till now for our Hyderabad to srinagar and srinagar to hyderabad tickets after the cancellation.
No one will book on fake yatra.com.They are showing all false information that after the cancellation we will get so and so amount. I will show the claimable amount as well in the proof.
This is insane and cheating and these guys are showing different cancellation amount during booking and later showing something else.
