I had booked tickets having reference no. JJJ*G (reference No. /PNR No.) for myself on dated ** May **** to New York (EWR), United States of America from Bangalore, India for education purpose but suddenly due to increase in covid-** cases here in India, USA government has imposed travel ban. I have reached out to Air India customer service and took help from them to cancel my flight tickets as I’m unable to do it in Website and agent told me that I will get full refund within * weeks but till now I didn’t received any refund. But its been more than ** days no refund. And its a mental torture that no one in air India customer service is giving one answers they are disconnecting my call if i ask to connect supervisor and no one is responding for my mails
