I am filing this complaint against Indus Valley for their failure to process a refund for a cancelled order, despite multiple assurances and follow-ups.
I placed an order for a vessel on October **, ****, and cancelled it due to poor service. I formally requested a refund via email on October **, ****. The company initially promised that the refund would be processed within *–* working days. However, even after several weeks and repeated follow-ups, I have only received vague and repetitive responses stating that the refund will be issued within **–** hours — a promise that has not been fulfilled.
This delay is unacceptable and reflects a serious lapse in customer service. Additionally, their phone support has been evasive and unhelpful, offering no concrete resolution or timeline.
I am a single parent managing household expenses with limited financial resources, and this undue delay has caused significant inconvenience. I demand that the refund be processed immediately and without further excuses. Order Date: October **, ****
