I have booked by two flight tickets by GOIBIBO with Booking Id: N*ESIMVFZ (PNR No: SIMVFZ) from Ahmedabad to chandigadh , Booking Id: N*EOCVV*L (PNR NO: OCVV*L) from Chandigadh to Ahmedabad in the January month wich cost about total Rs.**,***/- for two persons myself and Names Rushi N Patel. But due to COVID-** pandemic situation the host of Chandigadh cancel schedule so i have requested on **th April-**** to cancel my two tickets which was actually fly on **th may-**** which is clearly * month earlier than the flight period.
So, i like to comlplained that the Company GOIBIBO refunded only Rs.***/- against Rs. **,***/- i think which is unreliable and unfair for the customer. However, as per GOIBIBO company ticket says that the Ticket only non-refundable for about *-* hrs before the flight take-off cancelletion. I hope company will refund full amount as promised.
