I had cancelled my Air India flight from Vienna to Delhi to Bangalore and sent an email to Air India ecommerce email with the cancellation PNR details. Despite multiple followups, haven't got my refund. Also their ecommerce number is either continuously engaged or not reachable. Their Toll Free number guys don't respond properly or update. For the last * days, even their Toll free number is not reachable.
