Hi,
I am writing this on behalf of my sister who wanted to study with Upgrad she enrolled by taking a loan with fibe. Alter she realised she wanted to cancel her course she did that much before the start date . We contact Upgrad customer service and have been talking in email from the past one month . He keep telling us their finance team is working on the issue but we keep getting calls from the bank . We do not have the money to pay such a give amount and are in need of assistance this get this resolved with Upgrad and the bank
