This order was given on **nd August with * quantity cakes....next day I had received only * cake at @*:**pm after that t I logged a complaint to customer care according to her waited till * pm it's coming. but unfortunately, it was not coming then next I had an again call then she told me to wait for today I sent a cake but I did not agree because that birthday was gone then why did I take it then that time I told her please refund my money then she told to me ok please sent an email then that time I had to send an email * days before till now no any reply from there or even not reply on live chat and their phone is busy mode so please resolve my issue.
