- Cake not delivered and refund not done ^Closed

On Nov **th, I have placed an order with indiacakes.com for the first time in the afternoon for a birthday cake - same day delivery. I made complete payment including INR ** for delivery on same day and my booking was confirmed, payment was confirmed. I have got confirmation that my cake will be delivered by same day but my family did not receive the cake. I received no calls or messages from indiacakes.com to update me on this as well. After waiting, When I called them to enquire about my cake delivery status , customer care service confirmed that my cake will be delivered by same day. Even then she did not inform me of any delay, she said everything was on time and I shall receive the cake soon. After few mins post call, indiacakes.com suddenly sends me message and emails to pay additional delivery charge. I already paid **INR for same day delivery and was not notified about this extra charge when I ordered the cake. If you guys had extra delivery charge with the order, why wasnt i notified about it at the time of payment or order confirmation. Because I entered the PINCODE and you should have told me that it is a remote location then and there! Any other cake delivery site like ferns and petals would ask for extra delivery charge (if needed) when the customer makes the payment. I called the customer service multiple times, the lady cuts the call everytime without listening to us. She keeps telling that we will send mail reply within ** hrs. Even I agreed to pay additional amount requested ***-**= *** but there was no proper confirmation in mail. Indiacakes.com did not delivery my product and was not answering my calls. The lady pretended my voice was not audible and she cut my calls and later no response from their end. Calls were not being answered. I asked them for a refund of my money. But haven’t received the refund amount to my bank account. After * working days, they are willing to pay me coupon code for which I will be forced to use their service again. I have had a very nasty experience with Indiacakes.com and I refuse to transact any further with them. I demand my money to be refunded in my bank account and nothing less.
