I had purchased a stretchable belt from zara.com in the month of Nov ****. The belt was not stretchable as mentioned in the description and was not fitting me. Hence I sent it for a return via home pick up facility. I recieved a mail after ** days that the item falls under non returnable items as per zara policy and will be shipped back to my address. The shipment arrived and to my horror I received a defective piece where the diamontes had come out of the buckle. I sent the pics immediately but still they kept bluffing that the pics were not clear and price tag is not visible.
Finally after sending more pics where clearly the price tag is in place and the defective part is visible they rejected my return and said they cannot do anything about it.
