I recharged my daughter's metro card but by mistake the first number was typed incorrect. Now there is no way to locate where the money went or how we can get it back. Before recharging I scanned the QR code on the back of the card why does it need to physically get the number even after scanning the QR code. I think it should be enough because manually mistakes do happen, that is why we scan QR code and pay for all the things. Now how can I get my money back as ****/- is quite a big sum. Please help.
