I initiated a mobile recharge on ** July **** for Mobile Number **********. The recharge was showing pending for last * days. Now i did my recharge from different portal as i was in need of a data plan. I am asking freecharge to refund my amount as already * days has been passed and they are not able update the status. Everytime they are giving an excuse that its pending from operators end. Please look into this.
