I had ordered an XXXL bean bag via Pepperfry. I received an XXL bean bag which was the incorrect size. I tried to return the product and sent them images of the incorrect product. They reached out to me via email and said they would call me and fix the issue within a few hours. They didn't contact me again even after I sent them a repeated email.
Pepperfry only allows returns until * days from the delivery date. I think they are trying to delay communication so that they can refuse my return request after the * day time period expires.
