I bought a recliner sofa set along with coffee table for more than * lac rupees from their Kirti Nagar store in New Delhi on January *th. They delivered both products on January **th in used and damaged condition. It's been more than * months that I have been following up with them with no resolution and they have stopped answering my calls. I have also contacted their customer service multiple times via email and phone but they are not ready to help at all and keep saying they will get back to me with an update but no one has taken any actions so far. I have suffered severe mental trauma and discomfort due to this as I spent more than * lac rupees out of my hard earned money only to become a victim. I was also supposed to receive a complementary office chair as part of the offer but they keep saying it's out of stock everytime I call them so it was clearly a fraud scheme to lure customers for buying their products.
