I have purchased Dining Table from Royal Oak furniture Address- Shanti Square, Shanti Nagar, Sector **, Gurugram, Haryana ****** dated **.**.****. I have already made the full payment of INR **,*** (*****-**** credit card discount) on **.**.****. Royal Oak informed me that product will be delivered by maximum *-** days as product will be delivered from Bangalore. Even after ** days product has not been delivered and despite repeated follow ups no definite answer received from them as they kept on increasing the delivery date. Kindly file the complaint and levy heavy penalty on the company for cheating the customers so that others will not suffer like me in the future.
