I run a small Retail Shop. I order Brown Chana from Udaan on **th july and got Delivered Rotten Brown Chana on **th july so i requested for refund or replacement but the said i have been red flag according to thier policy.They send me rotten and damaged (unsaleable) good and said i have been red flag according to their policy and can't be refund or replace.
