I ordered gajar ka halwa *kg from swiggy on * th January Incomplete Quantity Order Number ************, i received a call from a restaurant that they are not having gajar ka halwa * kg. so they requested to accept *** gram and *** gm of moong ka halwa, i only received *** gm of gajar ka halwa and *** gm moong ka halwa. swiggy send repetitive replies and refused to provide complete refund, frustrated from this i wrote endless emails to refund the amount but swiggy only issued a partial refund.
