I purchased the product only after seeing the *-day return policy. After assembling the bed we noticed that the floorboard is not attached to the frame of the bed and comes loose very easily. After initiating a return stating incorrect product / damaged product our return was denied quoting that the product is as such and cannot be returned. Pepperfry further argued that they did not mention that the floorboard would be attached to the frame and that it is a consumer mistake.
