i've purchased a boat smart watch from amazon on **/*/** but i've returned the product because of some technical fault, product has been picked up at **/*/** by my side, they allowed me replacement, but i didn't receive any notification regarding picking the product or any further.
i've raised complains to amazon sevral times but those people keep aking for more time in **hrs segment. on after expiry of their time limit again i raised a complaint, again same reply wait for ** hrs.
today on **/*/** again i've called amazon customer care still they asking me for more time.
