I bought a Dell Inspiron * in * laptop in July ****. It has a i-* processor with ** GB of RAM. Till date I've had to face multiple problems because of the laptop. By September **** I faced a loose lid issue, I kept on asking for customer support but was denied for a long time. Finally now in June **** they are willing to provide support, but till now I've faced many other problems like the laptop glitches, nothing works, not even the power button, I've to wait till the battery drains before I can restart the laptop. I'm a student preparing for NEET and my classes are going on online, quite a times I have been disturbed during my studies. for past * months, I can also feel the current passing through laptop body while put on charge. It stings if touched.
Around a week ago they gave me the option for replacement with a refurbished laptop, and now they are denying the service again. I've video proof of some of the issues. A few months ago I also had to get the fingerprint replaced, the service was done by dell itself. but the issue is that IS DELL AS A COMPANY TRUSTWORTHY IF I'M FACING SO MANY ISSUES WITHIN A YEAR OF PURCHASE?
