Sir,
I am mentally harassed by the TataCLiQ shopping (first time). I ordered the product view order I'd ********* dated **.**.**** which was promised to be delivered on **.**.****. But same has neither been processed yet. Even it has not physically handed over to the corrier team till now.
Further, it takes atleast **-** minutes every time to connect call to helpline no. of TataCLiQ and when connects they say everytime to wait more. I feel helpless.
I have also paid the payment online for the same. Please help me to deliver the product as soon as possible.
