I had ordered a product, Philips Air Fryer on Amazon on **th Sep. Payment was done on the same day online. (Order and payment details and invoice attached, refer attachment-*)
The delivery was supposed to happen on *st October but did not happen (details in mail chain attachment *). I contacted customer care and they told me it will be delivered the next day.
The delivery did not happen on *nd October as well(details in mail chain attachment *).
On *rd October I reached out to complain on social media (facebook) and I was given a link to raise a Amazon social media query (refer attachment-*). I did the same and got an email reply that they need * business days to resolve and will get back to me (details in mail chain attachment *).
They replied back on *th October telling me that order is lost and asked me to cancel the order and then reorder the product (details in mail chain attachment *).
The issue is, when I placed the initial order the value of the product was Rs **** and I also got cashback of Rs ***.
Effective price I landed for was Rs ****.
Current product price is Rs ****.

So I have asked them to deliver the product at the same price. And they have again asked me to wait for * business days.
They are unnecessarily using delaying excuses.
I request your intervention to kindly get the issue resolved and get me the product at my purchase price or provide me refund of the current product market price.
