I HAVE AN ORDER WITH TATA CLIQ VIDE ORDER ID *********. COPY OF INVOICE ATTACHED HEREWITH FOR YOUR REFERENCE
BUT THE RECEIVED PRODUCT NOT MATCHED WITH MENTIONED SPECIFICATION ON THEIR SITE. IN SPECIFICATION IN SITE THERE WAS MENTIONED THAT PRODUCT CAME WITH * STAR RATING BY BEE ****. WHICH SNAPSHOT IS ALSO ATTACHED.
BUT RECEIVED PRODUCT IS BEE RATING FOR THE YEAR ****-****. WHICH WAS OLDER AND AS PER BEE GUIDELINE RATING OF YEAR IS CRUCIAL AND OLDER VERSION * STAR IS * STAR FOR THE YEAR ****.
THIS WAY TATA CLIQ CHEAT ME AND SENT ME BY SELLING OF WRONG PRODUCT
FURTHER I MADE A COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES AT DIFFERENT LEVEL TO CLIQ EXECUTIVES BUT THEY DENY TO REPLACE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT AND INSPITE OF COMPLAINT THEY ENFORCED ME TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT AND GENERATED INSTALLATION CALL. COPY OF THEIR EMAIL ALSO ATTACHED.
THIS WAY THEY ENFORCED ME TO ACCEPT WRONG PRODUCT AND AFTER COMPLAINING NO ANY KIND OF RESOLUTION PROVIDED FOR GETTING RIGHT PRODUCT .
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST TATA CLIQ AND PROVIDE ME THE RESOLUTION OF MY COMPLAINT AND HELP ME OUT TO REPLACE MY PRODUCT WITH THE SPECIFICATION MENTIONED IN THE SITE.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND PROTECT THE CUSTOMERS FROM TATA CLIQ
