*. Undersign along with my family request your good office to take cognizance of the AIR TICKET booking vide S. No. * to *.

*. Originally, the air ticket was booked through your website under arrangement vide S. No. * for travel from PATNA to BHUBANESHWAR. However, SPICE JET have rescheduled their flight from “**:** hrs, ** Nov - **:** hrs, ** Nov” TO “**.** hrs, ** Nov – **.** hrs, ** Nov” from PATNA to KOLKATTA.

*. Due to rescheduling of flight by SPICE JET, undersign has to cancel the AIR TICKET of SPICE JET only with ZERO REFUND and book a new AIR TICKET from PATNA to KOLKATTA vide S. No. * so that journey from PATNA to BHUBANESHWAR can be completed vide S. No. * & *.

*. It may be noted that, the flight was suo moto rescheduled by SPICE JET and the same was not suitable for undersign to catch connecting flight from KOLKATTA and hence cancellation of the flight was done.

Hence, you are requested to use your good office to take up the issue with the SPICE JET and give me *** % REFUND as natural justice.
