నేను అమెజాన్ షాపింగ్ ఆప్ ద్వారా అక్టోబర్ **** లో సాంసంగ్ M** *G ఫోన్ కొన్నాను. అది జనవరి **** వరకు బాగానే పనిచేసింది తరువాతా కాల్ డ్రాపింగ్ అవుచున్నది . ఈ సమస్యను శాంసంగ్ కేర్ భీమవరం వారి దృష్టికి తీసుకొనివెళ్ళగా, ఫోన్ బాగానే పనిచేయుచున్నది మీ ఫోన్ సిమ్ లేదా నెట్వర్క్ ప్రాబ్లమ్ అయిఉండవచ్చునని తెలిపినారు. నేను నా రిలియన్స్ జియో *G సిమ్ ను మార్చి కొత్త సిమ్ ను ఆ ఫోన్ లో వేయించిచూసాను. కానీ ఆ కాల్ డ్రాప్పింగ్ ప్రాబ్లెమ్ అలానే ఉన్నది. దరిమిలా సదరు శాంసంగ్ కేర్ వారు ఫిబ్రవరి **** నుండి మే **** వరకు సదరు ఫోన్ లోని సాఫ్ట్వేర్ ను రెండు సార్లు. కొన్ని పార్టులను మార్చి యున్నారు. అయినా మొదటినుండీ ఉన్న సమస్యకు పరిష్కారము దొరకలేదు. ఈ సమయంలో నాకు వచ్చిన కాల్ డ్రాప్పింగ్ మెసేజిలను వారికి చూపించాను. ఈ ఫోనులో నేను * రిలయన్స్ జియో సిమ్ములను వాడి చూసినాను. ఇతర ఫోనులలో పనిచేయుచున్న ఈ సిమ్ములు ఈ ఫోనులో మాత్రము సదరు ప్రాబ్లమ్ వచ్చినవి. శాంసంగ్ కేర్ వారు మేము ఈ ఫోనులో Airtel, Idea, BSNL వాడి చూసాము ఇందులో మా ఫోను ప్రాబ్లమ్ ఏమీ లేదని తప్పించుకొనుచున్నారు. దరిమిలా నేను శాంసంగ్ కస్టమర్ కేర్ ను ఫోనులో సంప్రదించగా వారుకూడా ఈ సమస్యను తీర్చడాని సరిగా స్పందించడంలేదు. నా సమస్యను తగువిధముగా విచారించి, ఇటువంటి నాసిరకం వస్తువులను సరఫరా చేసి, సరియైన రేపైర్లు చెయ్యకుండా నన్ను మోసము చేసి నాకు త్రీవ్ర అసౌకర్యము కలింగించి మనస్తాపము కలిగించిన SAMSUNG సంస్థపై తగు చర్యలు తీసుకొనవలసినదిగారు కోరుచున్నాను.
