hy, this is rahul here. i had bought a samsung mobile financed with dmi finance. my last last installment was pending but i had cleared all my installments on ** june****. but due to some issues at your hand, i am not able to use my phone fully. it is not actually operational. i have tried to contact your staff but the service is very poor. this is the last time i am contacting you, next time i will move to consumer court. i have pinned proofs of emi payment paid through paytm and have also pinned details of my device and its tax invoive for your assistance. my policy number is DMI**********
i had been called by your personnel * times and i have wasted my * days there . at last they were unable to solve the problem and told me to lodge a complaint again. this is bullshit service of samsung. i hvae moved to consumer court. if samsung is unable to solve my problem,they must give a statement in written stating that we could not do anything. my ticket number is **********
