I was booking a tickets on yatra.com on ** of August ****,tickets and the payment got deducted for **,***/- out of which **,***/-by zest money and ****/- by my gpay and received a message by yatra that there was technical error my payment got deducted and transaction was not successful so have made a complaint in yatra and zest money bt there is no response from yatra .com to zest money please do the needful it's **th of September ,this is vry irresponsible behaviour of your company as i had travel so i had made a fresh booking by making the whole payment by my bank account , please do the needful m providing the supporting with it please otherwise zest money will start deducting emi. Because of yatra.com m suffering loss
