PRODUCT:JBL Tune ***NC Bluetooth Headphone with Adaptive Noise Cancellation (Pure Bass Sound, Over Ear, Black) ORDER ID:EC************ Date of order:**.**.**** Order value:**** Registered mobile no:********** Registered email id: launganih@indianoil.in Invoice no:SLEC******** dated **.**.**** We ordered JBL headphones from croma website.We received product on **.**.**** at our Jodhpur address. When this parcel was opened ,parcel was Empty box.No JBL head phone found inside the package.we immediately made a video of empty package and submitted to croma support on their official email id and also registered complaint on croma official site(C*********). Croma has rejected our claim on date **.**.**** through e-mail. We Request to intervene and help in getting full refund as we have not received product. We have made countinue followup with croma officials but they have rejected our claim .
